Cebu has its own international airport (Mactan Island) with direct flights from Hong Kong (Cathay Pacific and Cebu’s local budget airline Cebu Pacific), Singapore (Silk Air and Cebu Pacific) Kuala Lumpur Mayalsia (Malaysia Airlines), Seoul, South Korea (Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, Zest Air, Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific), Narita, Japan (Philippine Airlines) and Doha, QATAR (QATAR Airways).  With more international flights into Manila, Cebu can be connected domestically with more options and frequency.  UPDATE TIGER AIRWAYS will be flying from 6th September 2011 direct Singapore - Cebu 4 times a week increasing to daily flights in October.
