Tonros Apartelle is getting on in age; the rooms are a bit tried and old looking but are reasonable. There is a sink and table which you could use for cooking; they will rent an electric stove for extra. (Any other cooking appliances or utensils you will need to provide yourself; they charge a fee to bring a rice cooker (30 P per day). Electricity is charged extra if you're planning to use these appliances. The rooms also have a mini bar and small table and chairs. So if you're you are looking for some budget accommodation in Cebu for a longer stay and don’t mind having things plain and simple this might suit you. It's ok value for this price.
