Executive Royal Inn is located on the corner of Juana Osmeña St and Maria Christina St making it in a great position, as it's within walking distance of everything (restaurants, bars, shopping etc). The rooms look old and dirty, the walls look grubby are in a need of a good paint and the bathroom walls have some mold. As far as everything else, it's generally ok. Other than these issues, the room is ok for a budget option. But with so much competition around this area (especially with Premier Citi Suites across the road offering brand new rooms for only an extra 200 P) we wouldn't have Executive Royal Inn as our first choice of hotel to stay, it's just there are better options around. It's passable place to stay, but only just!
